Q: What is the expiry or shelf life of Dosaline powdered prdoucts?
A: It is recommended to use your Dosaline products within 5 years after opening the package for optimal consistency. When stored correctly, Dosaline powdered products have a long shelf life and can maintain their quality indefinitely.
Q: What are the optimal storage conditions for Dosaline products to maintain their effectivness?
A: We recommend to store Dosaline products in a cool, dark, and dry place. Always make sure to seal it properly to avoid contamination and keep it away from high temperatures. Dosaline powders may clump over time but this will not affect the performance of the product.
Q: How long is my stock solution / reservouir good for when using Dosaline products?
A: Depending on your water quality and storage conditions, we recommend to use up a stock solution within 2-3 weeks of preparation as mold may grow in the solution. Generally, the mold is harmless to your plants however, over time, it may clog your lines and emitters. 

We do not recommend adding hydrogen peroxide to the stock solution to control growth as it may precipitate the iron contained in the blend.

Q: Are Dosaline products compliant with the standards set by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA)?
A: Pesticide testing conforms to Health Canada guidelines on Cannabis production. Heavy Metal, Coliform, and Salmonella conforms to levels mandated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
Q: Are Dosaline products organic?
A: No. Dosaline is a mineral based fertilizer line that focuses on low levels of toxic heavy metals. Our line is pesticide free, allergen free and vegan friendly.

Unmatched Versitility

Dosaline products allow you to adjust the volume of your nutrient solution to meet your specific needs, a flexibility not commonly found in other brands.

Dosaline is the water-soluble fertilizer that simplifies your routine. Its unique 1mm particle size ensures optimal solubility and uniform distribution, reducing the risk of nutrient spikes or deficiencies.

STOCK SOLUTION PREPARATION

  1. According to the feed chart, calculate and weigh the powder needed for the desired stock solution volume.
  2. Fill the stock tank to ¾ of the final volume with reverse osmosis water.
  3. Add the powder and mix until fully dissolved.
  4. Top up to the final volume with reverse osmosis water.

Never mix Dosaline Base in the same stock tank with Dosaline Grow or Dosaline Bloom; nutrient fallout will occur.

STANDARD NUTRIENT SOLUTION PREPARATION

  • According to the feed chart, calculate and weigh the powder needed for the desired nutrient solution volume.
  • Fully dissolve the weighed powder with the desired volume of water.
  • Adjust the pH of the nutrient solution between 5.5-6.5.
